Lab 1. Meet Your Robot. Learn about how to use the Touch buttons to code the robot and create Robot Rules for the class.

Lab 2. Touch to Code (Part 1). Learn how to use the Touch buttons to code your 123 Robot by coding it to drive over letters written on a Tile, to help you sound out and read a word.

Lab 3. Touch to Code (Part 2). Build an attachment to help your 123 Robot clean your room. Then, code the robot to clear objects off the Tile.

Lab 4. Moving from Touch to Coder (Part 1). Learn about using the Coder and Coder cards to code the 123 Robot. Transition from Touch buttons to the Coder and Coder cards by coding the robot to visit animals in the zoo.

Lab 5. Moving from Touch to Coder (Part 2). Build onto their projects from Lab 4, to code the 123 Robot to visit more animals in the zoo.

Lab 6. Find the Bug Learn about a debugging process that they can use to find and fix bugs in their projects.

Lab 7. Mars Rover: Surface Operations. Learn about using VEXcode 123 to code the 123 Robot by coding their robots to act as rovers on Mars.

Lab 8. Mars Rover: Surface Operations. Use VEXcode 123 to code their 123 Robots to carry out Mars rover-inspired actions.

Lab 9. Mars Rover: Landing Challenge. Use the eye sensor to code a project to detect objects on the Mars Landing area.

Lab 10. Corner Color Activity. Count how many steps your 123 Robot needs to drive to get to a corner, then code it to drive and glow a color at the corner. Turn left or right and code it to move to a new corner!

Lab 11. Robot Bowling Activity Set up a bowling game with your 123 Robot! Count how many steps the robot needs to drive to clear the ‘pins’.

Lab 12. Robot Race Car Activity Add how many steps the 123 Robot needs to drive to travel around the race track! Code your robot race car to drive and turn to cross the finish line.

Enrichment and tutoring in Math and Computing for any student who wants to learn.
