Blue Ridge Boost is proud to host two World Robot Olympiad events in 2026. The 2026 challenges will be announced on January 25, 2026.
The dates for the WRO events in Charlottesville, Virginia, are:
1. May 30-31: Qualifier for the National Competition in late July in Ontario, California. The National competition is the only USA event for teams to qualify for the International Final.
2. August 8-9 (tentative): Qualifier for the WRO: Americas Open Championship.
The registration for the May event opens on December 1, 2025, for the following categories: ROBO Mission (all levels), Future Engineers, and Future Innovators.
